Terms of Use

Last updated: April 30, 2026

Acceptance of these terms

By visiting or using mclmedicare.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who can use the Site and our services

The Site is intended for adults in Manitoba. When MCL Medicare begins providing clinical care, telehealth visits will be available only to people who are physically present in Manitoba at the time of the visit and will be conducted by Manitoba-licensed physicians.

No emergency services

MCL Medicare is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not use this Site, the contact form, or the notify list to report an emergency.

Informational content is not medical advice

The pages on this Site are informational. They do not create a physician-patient relationship and are not a substitute for individualized medical advice. Clinical advice is provided only within an actual telehealth visit with one of our physicians, under a separate clinical agreement.

Account responsibilities

In the future, MCL Medicare may offer a patient portal. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Contact us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in a way that violates any law.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site without our written permission.
  • Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

Intellectual property

The MCL Medicare name, logo, brand, and the original content on this Site are owned by MCL Medicare or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view this content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. Those sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Manitoba law, MCL Medicare disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Clinical care, when available, is governed by separate clinical agreements and is not affected by this disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Manitoba law, MCL Medicare and its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the laws of Canada that apply in Manitoba. Any dispute will be heard in the courts located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
